Bio
Paul serves as an independent director on a range of structured finance products and has over fourteen years’ experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Appleby Global Services (Cayman) Limited, Paul worked as a Senior Vice President within the Capital Markets division at a global corporate services provider, where he was responsible for a portfolio of Cayman Islands-domiciled structured finance vehicles. He served in both directorship and relationship management roles and provided corporate trustee and corporate administration services to clients. Paul has also held senior roles at several international banks and global service providers, delivering key corporate services to clients. His work included providing director and administrative services to Cayman and Delaware-domiciled structured finance vehicles, as well as supporting the integration of acquired businesses with a focus on regulatory oversight.
Paul graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics and International Relations. Paul also holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales (currently non-practising). He holds an Accredited Director designation from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada and is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association.
