Bio
Nadish serves as an independent director on a range of structured finance products and has over thirteen years’ experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Appleby Global Services (Cayman) Limited, Nadish worked in the fiduciary team of a global legal and fiduciary group where he initially worked as corporate secretary for a portfolio of hedge funds and eventually provided directorship and administration services to a wide range of structured finance vehicles. Nadish has previously worked in fund accounting and fund administration for hedge funds and private equity vehicles at a global management company based in Mauritius.
Nadish graduated from the Ramapo College of New Jersey with an honours Bachelor’s degree in International Business and International Studies. Nadish also holds a Master of Laws in the specialisation Financial Services Law from the University of London. He holds an Accredited Director designation from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada. He is a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants and the Cayman Islands Directors Association. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).
