Danielle Lubbe leads the Onboarding Team of AGS Bermuda. Her Team manages the administrative processes and procedures related to new clients, which includes incorporation and transfer in of companies, partnerships, LLCs, as well as providing the foundations for regulated insurance, investment funds and crypto, and private trust companies. She also manages AGS’ relationship with key clients of the Group.
Danielle has 15 years corporate administration experience in the offshore corporate services sector; she has extensive experience working in Jersey, the Channel Islands and Bermuda. She previously worked at JTC for 7 years before relocating back to Bermuda, where she led the Corporate Division at a local Service Provider as Vice President for 4 years. Danielle joined Appleby in 2022 to deliver width and depth of experience and commitment with the highest levels of service and support to our clients. She is an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute (previously named the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators).
