The team is led by Managing Director, Stephanie Dinning.  As well as overseeing the local corporate, funds and employee incentive teams, she is also Head of Corporate Operations at AGS.  Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in the fiduciary services industry, having held senior positions within a number of leading services providers.  Whilst she predominantly specialises in corporate services Stephanie’s experience also spans funds and private client structures.  She has been the lead on numerous high profile client relationships and has regularly served as a board member for a large range of companies across a wide range of industry sectors as well as for mezzanine and private equity funds.

Joining Stephanie in the Jersey leadership team are Directors Gavin Carruthers and Tom Hicks.  Gavin has more than 20 years’ experience in both the offshore and onshore financial services industry and leads the Fund Services and Reporting Services team.  Gavin’s experience is predominantly in the provision of administration services to private equity, venture capital and real estate funds.  With over 17 years’ experience Tom leads the Employee Incentives business having spent the majority of his career specialising in the employee benefits field.  Tom works with a broad range of clients from multinational and FTSE 100 companies to small private companies.  Speaking about the team Stephanie said: “As part of Appleby’s continuing strategy for growth, I am hugely excited to lead such a capable and experienced team.  Working in conjunction with the expert legal services already available across our global locations, we are able to provide specialist corporate, funds and employee incentive services to our clients globally, delivering integrated and responsive services based around their needs’.

The AGS Jersey team provide services to institutions and multi-national corporate organisations, representing a diverse range of industries.  The team work with international public and private companies, global private equity firms, financial institutions, asset managers and high net worth individuals.
