Tom joined Appleby Global Services in February 2019 as a Director in the Jersey office and leads the group’s Employee Incentives business, having spent the majority of his career working in the employee benefits field.
Prior to joining Appleby Global Services, Tom spent seven years at a leading Jersey based service provider, more recently as Co-Head of the Executive Incentives division.
Tom has experience working with a broad cross-section of clients, from multinational and FTSE 100 companies to small private companies. He has a strong technical ability and is able to translate his knowledge and understanding into effective solutions for clients.
He also has experience in providing administration and financial reporting to more general corporate structures including participation on the boards of those structures.
Tom is a qualified accountant (FCCA) with over 17 years’ experience in the finance industry which is complemented by his BSc (Hons) degrees in Applied Accounting and Psychology and Sociology.
With a flexible, solution driven attitude, balanced with integrity and commerciality, Tom seeks to ensure that clients are provided with the most efficient service tailored to their specific requirements.
