Bio

Ryan has over 20 years’ experience in finance and over 10 years in the fiduciary services industry. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and qualified with Deloitte (London). He subsequently worked in finance in London for various blue chip companies including a FTSE 100 company and a European bank before joining a USD 1.25bn European Real Estate fund where he became finance director.

After returning to the Isle of Man in 2007 Ryan was appointed as a director of the Isle of Man and Jersey offices of a leading Isle of Man law firm’s Trust and Corporate service provider where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients with a focus on commercial property transactions and Isle of Man exempt schemes. Following the sale of the company to a global corporate and fiduciary services provider, Ryan was appointed as a director of their Isle of Man office. He successfully managed several teams which provided director, trustee, administration and registered office services to a wide range of corporate clients, HNW and UNHW individuals, holding and operating companies, and special purpose vehicles involved in finance transactions.

Ryan has been responsible for leading a number of key client relationships and has been a board member of a number of large client entity structures across a range of sectors. His experience, while predominantly in corporate services, also spans funds and private client structures.
