Bio
Angela Ma is the Managing Director of the Hong Kong office of AGS, which offers a wide range of corporate services to local, Asian and international clients in relation to Bermuda, Cayman Islands and Hong Kong structures.
Angela provides high-level management and operational support to the Hong Kong team, and drives business development initiatives in the region. In particular she leads the Hong Kong office in serving clients engaged in public listings, investment funds, and asset management activities.
Angela is a qualified solicitor, having previously practised company and commercial law in Hong Kong and the UK. She is well positioned to collaborate with Appleby the law firm to deliver a truly integrated and efficient legal-fiduciary service for clients. In addition, Angela has over 13 years of senior management experience working in multinational corporations. She understands clients’ business needs and commercial considerations, whilst ensuring that AGS delivers our services in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Angela is fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
